1. 严格的阻抗控制:从工程设计阶段起,便根据所选板材、层压结构及铜箔厚度,精确计算走线宽度与介电层厚度;在生产过程中,严格控制蚀刻线宽、介电层厚度及铜箔厚度,并进行100%阻抗测试。 2. 精细的图形制作与蚀刻:确保走线宽度精准可控,以保障阻抗一致性;要求边缘光滑且垂直,从而降低损耗与边缘散射。 3. 高性能表面处理:优先采用沉金工艺,因其表面平整且抗氧化性能优异。 4. 低损耗层压工艺:通过优化层压工艺,确保介电层无空洞、无气泡,并与铜箔完美结合;对于混合材料层压(如FR-4+Rogers),还需采取特殊工艺以匹配不同材料的热膨胀系数。 5. 特殊的过孔处理:过孔是阻抗不连续点,也是信号泄漏的重要来源。采用背钻技术去除通孔中未使用的部分(stub),以减少谐振和反射;针对高频信号,可能需要使用导电浆料填充或分步层压形成盲埋孔,以进一步优化性能。 6. 高精度外形与切割:板边及切割槽会影响电磁边界条件,对此我们格外重视;对于天线等元件,其外形尺寸本身就是电路的一部分,因此需达到极为严格的公差要求。 7. 严格的洁净度控制:任何残留的离子污染物都可能导致高频下的漏电或性能漂移,因此我们均按照极高标准进行清洗处理。.
